How long have you been training? Have been trying to clean up your diet? Answer honestly, I eat like **** and I would look 100x better if I ate clean.

It does not look like you have much training experience. Learn to eat clean, base your meals around protein and fat and lift heavy things. Come back in two years.

I've been working out about a week lol. Have started cleaning up my diet, I only eat now like half the stuff I used to that were like pizzas and cereals and stuff (I used to eat 3 or 4 bowls of cereal a day, haha.)

I drink 1 protein shake on off-days, and 2 when I train, like one in the morning and then one after working out.

Can you give me any tips on what I should do? I dunno whether I'd look very big if I cut right now. I wanna be sort of the same size but a lot leaner, if that makes sense. lol.

You dont yet understand the basics of training or nutrition so dont worry about bulking or cutting. Read the stickies on this site, they will point you in the right direction. Protein powder is just food. Find a simple routine, like the WBB routines or a 5x5 and start lifting heavy. Eat healthy and lift heavy and you will make fantastic gains.

Once again I repeat, forget the idea of a bulk or a cut.

So just work out and forget about everything except eating right?

Yup. For now try to clean your diet up and lift heavy things.

Alright thanks :)

I'm gonna keep taking pics every 6 weeks or so, to see how I'm coming on, coz you never really notice gains since you see yourself every day xD

Thanks for the advice =] tomorrow I'll count all my calories up n **** n then find out what my maintenance cals are. I'll prolly take a trip to the physician (FREE IN THE UK!) and see what he has to say, too.

I don't see the need to bulk or cut. Just eat maintenance and I'm sure you can gain some muscle and lose some fat since you just started.

23-25%

Just start eating healthy and lift as heavy as you can. Good things will happen.
