Im a strong believer in the fact that a healthy mind needs to come first for a healthy body to follow.

Does anyone out there actually meditate? And if so, what are the different benefits you experienced in your health, mental state, etc.

It has allowed me to divorce myself from my rage problems. I still get incredibly pissed at the drop of a hat, any hat, but it's visualized to a point outside my body where I can look at it, question it, and decide if I want to incorporate it or not.

I don't care if channeling emotions is possible or not because it works for me where nothing else did.
