Diet:

7am: 4 egg whites, 1 slice whole wheat toast

9am - 23 gram protein shake

10am - 2 slices whole wheat bread, 6 ounces turkey/chicken, lettuce, tomato

1pm - 1 low carb tortilla; broccoli; 6 ounces meat

4pm - shiritaki noodles; 6 ounces fish/chicken

8pm - 8 ounces chicken/turkey; 23 gram protein shake

how is this for a maintaining diet?
what would you add for a very slow bulk with minimum fat gain?

Need more info. What is your weight. What is your maintenance calorie level? What are the macros there? There is little fats and carbs, where do you plan on getting energy from?

^ It really depends on your size and the actual cals that you are taking in. What are the actual macros?

Overall it looks decent, but your lacking on the veggies, fat and vitamins.

Holy *****! Your 6'1 and only 130lbs? Assuming that you dont gain weight very easily, you need to eat everything in sight, hold nothign back.

My god. Your bf% has to be low! Just eat a lot of healthy food, and lift heavy as hell!
