Hey, that's 600lbs in a competition buddy! I'm flattered you copied some stuff from my log. My training cycle for the raw meet went very well. A good portion of it should be up. I fell off the wagon for a bit on keeping track.

I'm going to get back to my log as I prepare for an equipped contest in the fall.

There is a sticky at the top of the powerlfting forum for the pl journals. Click that and it will take you there. This is a direct link http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?t=91951

You'll see changes in my training. I am a very instinctive trainer. I also get lots of help from Rhodes. Feel free to ask my questions. Good luck.

DE is dynamic effort=speed bench on bench day. ME is max effort.

where are you at and what are your goals?
I train for raw, if you want you can look at my journal, i am trying to get 405@ 165lb BW. I do allot of high volume stuff though, cause i found that it works for me.

My BW is 210 now (tryin to get to 190). I have been as high as 385 but I was off for 5 months b/c of work. I haven't maxed since I've been back but I have gotten 325 1 time. My goal is 405 @ 190 by Christmas.
