View Full Version : Ok does yesterday and today look better for my diet

Ok, im 6'5 270lb and started working out about a month ago, and want to diet to get the weight down. I posted a few days ago my intake for the day and I thought I was doing good, but seemed to most that I wasnt getting enough calories, enough fat and too much carb.........Does this look better?

Wow you are low carbing it. See if you can get fiber up to 25-35g and what is your source of poly fats?

Get 6-10g of fish oil a day.

How are your energy levels eating like this?How were hunger levels?

I wasnt really hungry, and my energy level seemed fine, but I didnt do much because I was off from work and just stayed home with the baby. Today, I felt good and worked out tonight when I was done with work, and kept the numbers around the same except had a bit more carbs prior to working out.

What would be good to get the fiber count up?

Also, not sure about the poly fats, but I could list the foods if you wanted to see?

P.s. thanks for the input, this is not as easy as you would think trying to figure all this stuff out.
