Wed Workout

Lower Body stretches

Dead lift-work up to 3 rep max

lunges- 3 x 15

romanian deadlift- 3 x 10

light calf exccersise

Heavy Abs for 15-20 mon\
Leg raises 6 inches
Elbows and toes
leg lifts
Weighted sit ups

Thursday workout

15 40 yard sprints

5 100 yard sprints

jog 2 miles

and if feeling good and ok

Walk up cals mountain 2 and a half mile walk

cardio for the day:D

Haha yeah i know. I did not do the 2 mile mountain though i was way to beat. did everything else though.:clap:

Friday

Lat pull downs 3 x 10

T bar 3 x 8

Face pulls 3 x 15

Shrugs 3 x 10

Then some light biceps, dont really work those out to much.

Light abs
Big ball crunches

Sat

Wasent feeling to good,

so all i did was squat

Box Squats 5 x 5

And thats it almost threw up,

if i feel beter i think i might go jog and do some heavy abs.

Monday workout

Bench work up to a 1 rep max

dumbell press 3 x 10

Medicine ball Pushups 3 x 20

Dumbell Tris 3 x 10

Tri rope pull downs 4 x 15

Stack that with over the head tri pull 3 x 15

Heavy abs


Then after going to the football field to do light ccardio probably jsut do 15 40s and 3 100 yard sprints

Man today i did alot more cardio then i acpected.

4 100 yard sprints

5 50 yard sprints

4 sets of stairs

cool off jogging.


I am beat but at the same time feel great!!!!
