I am 17. I weight 135 pounds and im 6'0. I was wondering if smoeone could help me with a 6 meal dietary plan to gain muscle. i know what good foods are but i dont know about the whole carb protein 55 35 10 thing. can someone help with a recipe plan for 6 meals a day? no beef or pork. thanks so \much!

Just EAT. Very simple. Put more food into your mouth then you were before and you'll gain weight. You don't have to worry about getting fat since you're a rail already.

LOL, dude i cant believe ur asking this, i would love to be in ur situation LOL, EATTTT and then after u do that EATTTTTTT some more man, just keep eating chicken breats, fishh, veggies n fruit n all of that, oatmeal, cottage cheese, that sorta stuff, patoatoes, yams n stuff, just eat like 6 big ass meals a day, its really easy to gain weight man and bulk up then it is to loose it!!!

fat steaks chiken tuna milk peanut butter eggs cottage cheese oatmeal wheat breads n bagels n protein shakes n a multi vitamin + fish oil supp. there ya go a decent list :P
