I'm not sure if this recipe has been put up here before, but I just discovered it and I love it!
5-6 eggs, as many yolks as you want.
Half cup quick cook Oats.
Blend them, pour them in a pan, and cook. You can also add some bacon or any meat on the side, some fruit and a glass of milk.
It is so easy to make, and they taste great.

if you add some cottage cheese and a banana the texture is even better and its naturally sweeter.

Do they taste more like eggs or normal pancakes?

They taste surprisingly similar to pancakes. They dont look so attractive when they're done cooking, but they taste good.
Try it out.

Wont the cottage cheese make everything runny?

in fact, try this
2-3 eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 banana
1/2 cup of oats
mix in blender
you get perfect pancake batter and its pretty much....pancakes....except cottage cheese pancakes, ten times healthier. i usually top it off with sugarfree syrup. perfect
