I've recently been having trouble sleeping well and I'm trying a number of different things to help me sleep better.
I'm wondering if the time I take thermocin is effecting how I sleep. I currently taken thermocin at 6 PM, 5 minutes before my workout, then I workout, and go to bed at 9-9:30.
I'm guessing I'm taking thermocin to close to my bed time. Is there a certain time I can thermocin to make sure I have good energy during my workout but crash in time for bed.
I.E I want to take something that may be causing insomnia into something that helps combat it.
