is there a faster/better way to cook grains such as: rice/lentils/barley?
do you add sauces or spices to increase their flavor?

i usually add a veggie consume to the water.Adds more flavour

:D Duuuuuuuuuuuuude

Get a small pressure cooker and your well on your way.I can tell you that beans cook in half the time.Also it tenderizes red meat so good.

mate...im just writing a post about this stuff on this forum right now, i'll get a quick set of instructions to cook it from my mum.

we make some sort of grains/legumes everyday :) (and i only realised the bodybuilding benefit for it jus as i've walked home) hahaha!

but yeh like biggins said, a pressure cookers a great start :)
