I want to see "300". I don't go to the movies because going by yourself sucks. Its out on DVD next week.
I would put on that list "The number 23" and "Shooter" but they both came out on DVD already and I just saw them both within the last three weeks.

I'm guessing that's the movie that doesn't have a title and there's limited info on. I saw the trailer before Transformers and it does look sweet. From the maker of Lost and it has a Blair Witch Project kinda feel... with explosions. :)

Shooter was one of the better movies, "300" looks really really good and "23" was even pretty good.
"300" should be badass on the big HD screen with surround lol. The cops will probably have to make a trip to my house for nothing because I'm not turning it down =)

300 was a really good movie. Shooter was also really good. I recently saw Gridiron Gang and thought that was awesome aswell. Same with We Are Marshall and Invincible.

The probelm with these types of films, on a consistent basis, is that the trailer is usually misleading, and they are usually the best parts of the movie.
It ceretainly looks intriguing, but I wouldn't pay full price at the theater for it.

I'm guessing that if it's from the makers of Lost, it'll probably be good while at the same time you'll leave the theater not knowing wtf just happened. The trailor is intriguing, but damn, it doesn't even give a title.

There is a screen capture poster from the *unnamed movie* on the net floating around and its a picture of the NYC cityscape with 2 large buildings missing big chunks from *something* passing inbetween them (looks like godzilla)

It is not Godzilla. It is a monster movie, and the working title is Cloverfield.

yeah it is not Godzilla, go here for more info but it will probably just end up even more confusing as this is another website for the movie, it has puzzles that u must complete in order to find out more information about it. pretty cool, i cant get past like the fourth one, but the first one all u have to do is copy the pattern and that leads to a video which almost confused me more.

I heard that it was confirmed that the mystery movie is "Voltron". Makes sense since it was released in the Transformers movie.

Yes. Just like Transformers. The little kids Transformers. ;)
However, that's just what I heard. It could be something completely different. I haven't seen that cartoon in a looooooong time.

Scrarz: Interesting. I thought it was just okay. The action sequences were hard to follow and the cheese-o-meter was reading about an 11 out of 10 at points. "You're a soldier now." It did have some funny one-liners though; and the chick is smoking.
I think Transformers is the type of movie that someone could tell me they loved or hated and I could understand either way.

The movie looks interesting. I'm hooked only because of the connections to Lost. On the eathanhass.org website, there is a link on the bottom to the Hanso Foundation, which is from Lost.
But there is also this article saying that all of those sites are fake: http://www.cinematical.com/2007/07/10/j-j-abrams-talks-cloverfield-ethan-haas-sites-are-bogus/

"In February 2007, Paramount Pictures secretly greenlighted the project "Cloverfield" to be produced by J. J. Abrams, directed by Matt Reeves, and written by Drew Goddard.[1] For the film, Abrams conceived of a new monster after he and his son visited a toy store in Japan that had Godzilla toys.[4] The casting process was also carried out in secret, with no script being sent out to candidates. It has been confirmed that Michael Stahl-David, Odette Yustman, Mike Vogel and Lizzy Caplan star in the movie. With production estimated to have a budget of $30 million, filming began in mid-June in New York.[1] Location filming, using hand-held video cameras, has taken place on Coney Island, with scenes being shot at Deno's Wonder Wheel Amusement Park and the B&B Carousel.[5] One report asserts that the film will not be "a sequel or a remake" of any previous motion picture."
That is the new picture. It's a monster film, filmed entirely with hand held camcorders. It's supposed to be normal everyday people who witness the attack. So the film will be much like the preview, with a bunch of people with camcorders witnessing this 'monster attack'.
