I need to lose about 20lbs. but I'm still lifting for strenth and lean muscle. I have pieced this togeather from friends, other diets, and web stuff. Tell me what you guys think.
Also I drink water all day(over a gallon). My schedule is very crazy so these times veriy but I try to stay consistant, this is the first time I have watched what I eat.
6:30 am
-2 hardboiled eggs
-12oz V8
-1 cup of oatmeal
9:00 am
-1 protein shake (Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Instantized Whey Protein) mixed with water
11:30 am
-1 chicken breast, or 1 tilapia,or 1 venison steak
and 1 cup of broccoli, or green beans, or mixed veggies
1:45 pm
-1 protein shake (Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Instantized Whey Protein) mixed with water
3:30 pm
-NO explode drink
4:00-5:30 pm
-working out
5:45 pm
-1 protein shake (Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Instantized Whey Protein) mixed with water
7:30 pm
-stirfry with brown rice and venison, or chicken
-same options as lunch (when we're low carb)
-occasionnally spaggetti
-vension pot roast with potatoes and carrots
We try 2 days low carbs, 2 days med. carbs, 1 day high carbs, then repeat.
