what brought me to this site?
well at work i dont do ****( we will get to this later) i surf the net i found a page called john stone

wich lead me to a page called at large nutirtion

wich brougt me here
i was on a diet a year and a half ago where i was around 250 lbs

i was 250lbs here

i stop after 5 months and lost 40 lbs (210 lbs)
well some time went by and i gaind 20 lbs
so 2 months ago i went looking around found johns page wich inspired me to get on with a diet with goals

my goals
. slim down to 175 lbs
. bulk up to 235
. cut down to 195-205

so far ive lost 14 lbs ( 204 lbs)
as of to day

i eat healthy now
i take supplements
i maintain 1600-17500 cals a day
i work out for 1 hr a day with 2 rest days a week
i stretch my legs for about 30 mins a day( i wanna kick high)

so with this said i will start with my days photos wich i will be updating my fit pics about every month

Teh calves look good, the rest of you will look great too, stay strong on the cut. Make sure you are doing a solid low volume heavy weight routine.

yea i think im doing it good........im building while loosing fat..since i started i can tell ive been feeling good..more enargy and what not...

with a 2 day rest inbetween the week ..

rest days are mainly from work i cant work out some days cuz i work all day and night
i try to keep it at 2 but no more no less

ok the end of the month post..witch was like 7 days ago didnt post..i got pics but dont feel like posting..next month i will

small update..

been 2 months or so..things are slow..
been lossing some
to cold to work outand eating abits are attacing my goals..
but im still going down some
since my last update i was 196

this day
i am 180 a loss of 16 lbs
my goal of 170 by the end of the year is shot i think

so ima move my goal time up 2 more months befor i start growing
ima start when it starts to warm up some

but for now gotta destroy some old habbits

ill hit this up with pics when i get to my goal

You had a gut but wasn't terribly fat at 205.... just the gut. At 165 you should be looking pretty darn good...so you can't be looking to bad at 180. You've come a long way from 250... be proud of yourself man!

o of course
i am proud..but now fam is telling me im too skinny
i think i am to some sorts...alot of people can push me around easier
but its ok
im still on my road to my goal
