I cant keep up with this bulking stuff man. Ill eat enuff for maybe 4 or 5 days but then ill have a lapse and i dont gain. does anyone know where i could just find a diet plan with all the foods and meals kind of laid out there, so i could just buy the foods and then just follow it? I just know if its all right there i would be much more successful

Just check out the "what a bodybuilder eats" thread. Then pick foods off the list you enjoy, prepare them in bulk for the week and there ya go. If it helps, hand right out a meal plan for yourself. What others eat to bulk, doesn't necessarily work for everyone else.

-Just select the foods you like.
-Create a 4-6 meal plan.
-Purchase the food.
-Prepare/Cook the items and pack away for the following week.
