The lowest I've gone was about 8% but not lower.I didn't have a great reason to make me go lower than 8%,so I didn't attempted.
You primaly need anaerobic activity,like weight lifting and intervals and reduced cardio. Many persons say that you need hours of cardio, but I strongly disagree with them.

7 spot skin caliper was 5.2% for 3 months last year. Completely natural, only took some ECA.

Wizard is correct, my cardio built up to 45 minutes 5x a weak at it's highest point. When I was forced to take a lay off I wasn't able to maintain that low a percentage.

i've been to 4% natural, that was during wrestling season last year. the diet i did (it ws very crude, i didnt' count cals, i just did this:) was to limit soda and carbs, and eat tons of meat and fat. it worked, i think, unless it was a coincidence, bjut i doubt that

I got down to about 8% using the cyclical isocaloric diet I have mentioned -- it was working extremely well at the time (my body likes to be at about 13%, and below 10% I hit the wall with regular diets), but I was still losing fat at a very decent pace 1+ lbs per week, and I was at the very least, maintaining muscle.

But, alas, I went on a 2 week vacation at that point -- didn't work out, drank, ate shitty, then got sick after that. I have been bulking until recently (experimenting with ONE), but now I am back down to 10% or so, and should be back to 8% in another couple of weeks, if I do not go out partying too much (one of the hazards of living in L.A.).

I am very interested to see if the diet maintains its magic as I go below 8%

Yes, real 4%. Etched, vascular abs, absolutely nothing to pinch on the abdomen, lower back, etc.

Natural at the time... Severely restricted calories to get there (1500, give or take), high protein, low fat, low carbs (no cardio).

About 2 years ago when I was running track at college my body fat was under 6% and i was around 155-160lbs. I was pole vaulting so we lifted like the throwers and ran with the sprinters, 6 days a week. I don't think I down that low now, but probably around 9 or 10% at 180lbs. I'm an ectomorph though so most of its due to genetics and not my diet (which is getting better though).

Like Podium, I ate like 1500 calories a day didn't count calories, almost no carbs, low fat, and lots of protein, my postworkout meal was a stick of celery ;D
I naturually have a low bf% and I managed to get down to 6%, then the winter came, and I figured who going to see my abs until the summer? So I started to bulk up, at about 10% right now, damn hard for me to gain weight :( been eating 3500 calories a day too

You can be natural and go down to 4-5 no questions asked, but you can't reach your bulking goals while being natural and retaining that low or less than 8% bodyfat.

I've been down to 6 or 7% natural with no cardio, but after about 4 weeks, it was too hard to maintain and I gave up and got back around 10%. I really don't see a point of getting your body fat that low unless your plan on competing. I mean once you get that low, how long do you actually plan on keeping it there.

CBates is right, no one will even notice the difference in % that much, only thing is you will look smaller with clothes on...

I've been to about 8%, like 5% if you want innaccurate caliper numbers that everyone else uses. I used keto and training based around it...did interval training 1-3 times a week.

i remember a couple years ago i had wicked vascular abs, this was when i smoked pot and smoked cigarettes and lifted my diet was high protien almost no carbs and very low fat protien was around 220 i believe at a bodyweight (ripped) 200 pounds at 6foot4 or 6foot5

i truly loved being that cut when i was at the beach girls were takin pictures and stuff like that all the time even though i had less muscle i was so rippppped, from looking at sineps pics i guess i was around his bodyfat at about 4 percent i should have competed at that time but i was havin fun at myrtle beach and i had so much marijuana in my body i think i would pass the drug test lol, but i didnt stay that way long only for about a month, then i quit smokin and ate more carbs things like that then i decided screw it im gonna bulk. i remember my strength had waaaaaay down when i was cutting like that on such few calories my bench was prolly around 250.

boy i miss those days of veiny abs

I think right now I am around 7-8 percent body fat, all natural, I only took protein shakes. I got down to this level because of my diet, it is impeccable. I have completely cut out all the junk food, like chips, cookies, candy, pizza etc. I don't even drink pop anymore, mainly water and juice. Also, I do a lot of cardio, about 3-4 days a week of running. Believe me, it is very difficult to get down to this body fat level, some of it is genetics, while the other is hard work and attention to diet.

i had a pic when i was 7%, it's on the first page of my journal if anyone wants to see

cack; at 10-12% u should see a sixpack, b/c everybody has a sixpack. just like shoulder striations, there is no way u can get below w/o seeing them, unless u made a big error in measurement. try a electric current thingy to check ur bodyfat if u dot' know how to use a caliper.
