hey, im tryin to gain more to build muscle off of but i was wondering if i should eat less on days that im not working out and eat more on days o do work out? will i still be able to burn off calories from the days im not working out? i hope you understand what im tryin to say lol

The people on this board believe you should eat your excess calories ALWAYS on a bulk, even on a day off... eating a lot on days off is probably important, as muscle building continues on those days too..
