Greetings all,

I'm going back to college this september as a sophomore and this is my current body state. I have slacked on the lifting and eating properly over the summer :drooling: My breakfasts usually consisted of the scrumptuous flavors of nothing. Lunch and dinner consisted of either frozen foods or fast food.

My summer lifts consisted of bench, military press, barbell curls, various push ups, and seated rows with sessions lasting no more than 30mins and around twice a week.

I can't wait to go back because the campus gym sure as hell beats my basement equipments and I'll be able to eat at least four times a day. And the most important thing, it'll put me on a regular lifting schedule.

I'm currently 5'8 160lbs, shooting for 175lbs. I'd appreciate your critiques as to what areas I can improve on. Thanks in advance.

impressive upper body for what you've been doing.

throw some lower body work in there!

I think something is wrong with your face, its all blurry! You need a doc asap!
