Ive been lifting for about 4 years now and ive put on about 30-35 lbs but im having trouble getting "the last 5 lbs" of fat off. i do cardio and swimming 5 days a week after my gym workout but it doesnt seem to help any. i figure its probably my diet which isnt to clean but i dont think its to bad.
i drink about 1 gallon a water throughout the day
10:00 am
1 bowl of cereal (whole grain not sugary)
1 banana
1 protein bar
12:00 noon (after workout)
1 protein shake
1 apple
2:30 pm (after cardio and swimming)
2 cans of tuna
1 fruit yogurt
3-6 pm
snack on random fruit around the house
but as for dinner i dont really have anything to consistent, i work closing shift (4-11) as a manager at a restaurant 3 days a week so i dont have a chance to eat a good meal during that time (but i never eat the food there) so i eat when i get home.
id say i basiclly dont know what i should be eating throughout the day. ive looked at other peoples diets but they seem like pure bulking diets. any sample plans or help guys?
