thats pretty slow progress for a year man, not being a dick, just saying.
youre back, chest and abs are practically non existant.
looks like you have lost abit of weight and thats it

Some starting pics before the bulk would be useful in judging any progress being made. You leaned out thats for sure.
just a quick update.
side_by_side was done to compare with a picture taken in july 2007.
this was taken just last week.

hope to get some advice and critique as well bf count.
appreciate all replies.
cheers.
good work, now just following your goals.
looking good imo, great progress, now its time to forget about that cut and get on a big bulk going to put some serious mass on that frame :D
i'm currently on a "clean" diet of low GI carbs, beef/chicken/fruits/vegie, 5-6 meals a day.
i'm not sure if i'm bulking, but i want to maintain a low bodyfat, and up my strength in weights.
reckon its possible?
p.s i'm stronger than last year, 220-240 lbs 1RM on bench, 450 deads. don't do squats cause of an ankle injury though.
you cant do squats but you can pull 450 on deads?
i cant believe your the same weight as me!

looks like youve leans down quite a bit
thanks guys. about the deads, yeah when i was 100kg, i was maxing out at 460 on deads, 1rm. nothing great, but i thought i had alot of strength last year.
guess i'll focus on lowering my body fat, and up my gains. i don't mind blowing 90kg in bodyweight, but definately not 100kg.
i'm 6'0, so i'm not sure if 100kg where i want to be.
any advice much appreciated.

I think you have made good progress.
thanks chris. i know it will sound alittle impossible, but i have been really inspired by BCC recently. i've read his journal (probably 2-3 years late), and that has been a real inspiration for me.
i'm not sure if i'll ever reach his size/mass/cut without taking any of the magic stuff, but the magic issn't something that i'm ready at the moment.
