Hi,

I used to have this software last year that was simply awesome in helping you to keep track of calorie, protein, fat, carb intake. It had a list with basically every food producs and a LOT of common receipes and their nutrition info. But anyway.. long story short, they went pay and now it's a monthly membership to have access to the system which blows.

I was wondering if you guys know some software that is good at helping me count my nutritional daily intake...
what do you guys use?

Let me know

Thanks!

Make it an on-line experience:

Fitday Online (http://www.fitday.com)

Free and extremely good in goal-settings, tracking weight, exercise, nutrition etc ...

P.S. work with custom food A LOT!
