I was wondering about muscle gain and fat loss. I know you cannot do both at the same time. But if you eat the same number of calories as you burn is it true that you won't see any results at all even though you do cardio and train with weights?

Well, lifting destroys muscle tissue. If you don't eat enough proteins to rebuild them, your going to end up wasting away even if you eat the proper amount of calories to support your activities.

Then what if you eat a high percentage of protein? Will you just remain the same or will you increase muscle?
