Hey everyone,
I just wanted to introduce myself. I have been off for a little bit less than a year and looking to get swoll. I am 5'7" and 162. I am not sure what a good weight for my height is, to look fairly big but retain flexibility. Here are some pics, any feedback is appreciated. What should I work on, other than everything haha.

No leg pics? I would lift heavy and eat heavier....Your chest and traps look pretty good. Your arms/shoulders/back need the most work....Benchpress, Deadlift, Squat, Dips, and heavy Rowing will do the trick...:nod:

yeah I will get some wheel pics in there tonight. Thanks for the input I definitely need some work on the guns no doubt.
