Hey guys. Although I've made progress since starting this all, I'm still sick of being a skinny little biatch. I know this plan for the most part is probably ok, but I'd really like to get your guys' stamp of approval on the diet/routine. So, here it is:

Breakfast-1 scoop Opticen, 1 cup oats, 1 banana, 2 cups skim
Lunch-4 oz peanuts
Pre W/O- 1.5 cup skim, 1 cup oats, 1 scoop Nitrean, 1 banana
Post W/O- 1 cup grape juice, 1 scoop Nitrean, 5 g creatine
Dinner-650 clean cals of chicken, veggies, milk, etc.
Bedtime-.5 cup cottage cheese

Supps-10g fish oil, 8 ETS, multi vit, vit C

Cals:3200(500 or so above maintainance), 150+g protein, 90 g fat.

Routine-Full Body

W-A
Squats 4x4-6
Bench 3x4-6
1 Arm Row 3x6-8

W-B
Deads 3x3-5
OH Press 3x4-6
Chins 3x8-10

Monday-A
Wed-B
Friday-A

Monday-B
Wed-A
Friday-B

I'm hoping to gain roughly 40 lbs of good weight by early-mid April to get to 200 lbs. Is it reasonable to assume that with the diet and routine I can stay roughly 13%-15%BF throughout this? Do I have enough volume in there? Thanks guys.

40 pounds is quite a bit to gain and still stay around the same relative body fat %. If you keep it slow and clean though, who knows what you can do in 8 months. 40 pounds is definitely possible, bit it's impossible to say how much of it will be lbm.

maybe you meant body fat %...cuz if you gain 40 lbs. there's no way you're gonna be the same body weight...

but yea, i'm trying to bulk till 200 too, probably take until the end of the year
good luck

Ray, it's definitely possible. Fourty pounds staying relatively close to your current bf% will be difficult. In a eight month time frame I think it can be achieved (depends how badly, and how disciplined you are...) You should aim for a 1.2 lb increase weekly.

Increase your fats slightly
Protein can be increased
How are your carbs?

On your workout - are you completing the workout twice a week (A, B, A, B) ?

Haha, your right.

Meant body fat %, not weight.

That workout will be three days a week, A B A, and then B A B...and yeah, I'm more focused now than ever to reach this. I'm giving myself a limit...don't want to go above 17-18%. In your guys' experience, can this be done if you're starting around 14-15%? I just want to make sure all variables are optimal here and look at a realistic goal. No more of this "oh I'm getting a bit chubby, I'm quiting and cutting back crap" I'm going to make this happen.

good luck man i'm doing the same thing... right now im 166 and im hoping to get down to about 160 at 10-12% BF, i also don't want to go over 18% at 200. Looks like your looking at the same time frame as me too, i'll race you there... Maybe add some red meat into your diet, thats my only suggestion.

Yeah, I'm trying to switch a few things so I get some more solid food. I do get hungry sometimes and I don't want to get hungry on a frickin bulk!
Oh, and the grape juice p/wo is for the insulin spike. Sugars baby!
