just want some opinion here. im about to go on ckd in about a week. the plan is to take it nice and easy by dropping 150 to 200 calories every one or two weeks depending how im going, limiting cardio and just letting the diet and the weight training do the fat burning. my question is is 5 months to long on a ckd? im really in no hurry i just want to keep as much muscle as i can.

Setting long lasting but realistic goals is the way to go, so if you have searched and found that ckd will help you accomplish your "mission", just do it. The benefit is that you will retain more muscle if you do it slowly.
