Well its been about a week since ive started doing one armed snatches.

Today I surprised myself and got 70 pounds up easy. I tried 75 but failed, I was a bit too tired for that. Im totaling about 715 in the big three (Yeh im working on that) and my military press is kinda pathetic (couldnt do 5 reps of 105).

I feel that my form has improved A LOT since last time ive done them.

I have another question as well... Should the dumbell be on the ground or in between my legs in the air?

Right on. You can start from on the ground or in the air. In the air is more of a hang then a full one arm snatch.

Just remember to keep the weight close to the body and it should pop up in one fluid movement.
