Drop Wednesday and Saturday and that looks pretty good.
And why do you stay in the 10-20 range?

My body grows best with high reps. Some exercises I do with high rep, and some with low rep. Depends on the exercise.

you seem to really beat the **** out of each body part on each day. The lifts you're doing are fine, but you should really change up your split and lower that volume a bit.

I like to beat the **** out of my body parts. The more it hurts, the more it grows! I won't change my split at first, cause I seem to grow really good now :)

Completely false :).

Go ahead and do whatever you want to do.

But if you knew how to train correctly, you wouldn't need "arm days".

I know, but my body grows good with this split.

In which ways do I not train correctly?

Of course you're growing because you've obviously just started. How long have you been weight lifting?

As for your question

1) You have a day dedicated to shoulders.
2) You have a day dedicated to biceps.
3) You have a day dedicated to triceps.
4) You train 6 days a week.
5) You do reps in the 10+ range.
6) You do leg extensions.
7) You almost always train to failure.

Those are a few.

I assume that you've got some more knowlege than me when it comes to weightlifting :)

How do you suggest that I should workout?

What kind of training split do you prefer?

What are your goals?

How long have you been lifting?

I prefer training as few bodyparts as possible a day.

My goals.. Hmm.. I would like to compete in fitness or bodybuilding in a few years. So I want to get big.

I've been lifting since February 07 (just about 6 months now).

This is a favorite routine among the members here. It was created by a member named Built. It's one of the best, I suggest you use it for at least a few months. Read it over and ask any questions you may have.
