Wow, what a great competition. Really well run, lots of people there just to help out and I had a great day of lifting! I did both the full powerlifting and the bench only contests. I set huge PRs in all three lifts and broke 2 provincial records! Here's my results:

Squat: 220kg ~ 484lbs
Bench: 148.5kg ~ 327lbs --> Beat the old provincial record of 147.5kg
Deadlift: 231kg ~ 508lbs --> Beat the old provincial record of 230kg

Bench Only: 150kg ~ 330lbs --> Broke my own provincial record of 148.5kg but this one only counts in the bench only.

I went 9 for 9 lifts in the full powerlifting and 3 for 3 in the bench only! I should have a compilation of my lifts on youtube sometime tomorrow.

Edit:
Here are the videos of my 3rd attempt at each lift:

220kg squat:

148.5kg bench:

231kg deadlift:

Great lifts deeder! Did you wear any gear or was it raw? I'm guessing you had a shirt for bench and everything else raw?

Fully equipped for the first time. All Metal gear, Viking squatter and black knee wraps to squat in, Viking Presser to bench in, V-type Squatter to deadlift in. Oh, and a cheap Inzer belt.

Oh yeah, and I lifted in the 90kg class. Weighed in at 89.7kg

Finally got to see the vids. All your lifts did look easy. A bit conservative on those 3rd attempts?

You still need to update your signature, man. ;)

They didn't feel as easy as you all think. I think I'm the type of person that if I make a lift it will be with a fair amount of speed. I'm no good at the grinders :p

And don't worry, I'm gonna go update my siggy right now!
