what i would like is some ball park estimate and i will tweek at as i go along
things that might help:
5'10"
205 lbs
deadlift: 315 for 5 reps
bench: 185x5
squat: 315x5
errr
i'm sure the numbers look odd but my upper body is a bit longer than my lower body (relatively)
also i'm not sure of my bf %
but i can kinda make out a 6 pack? i would guess above 10% at least, maybe around 15%?
i might post some pics if you would like when i get home tonight
