pretty good breakfats is toast bacon muffins and yourgret lunch is a snadwhich dinner is some meat with lots of lil snakc of fruit and salds throught out the day

no bc its hard to count chicken and steaks dpeding on the scauce and pasta abd stuff my goal is to gain wieght and muscle i workout 3 times a week adn try to do 5 to 6 exerises per muscle 3 sets of 10 with as much wieght as i can do

you need to keep an accurate track of your calorie in order to gain. Weigh your food before eating. Put everything in fitday.com

my lifting routine is 6 peck exiersies, 5 back exsieries , 4 shoudler exisersies , 4 beicep and tripcep exiserices, and 4 ab exiersces a couple of them are compund machines a couple miles of cardio. 3 to 4 times a week . i do 3 sets of 10 reps with as much wieght as i can do but up until now my eatin as been eat as much as i possibly can as often as i can and its been working but i wnana gain alot more and what multi vatim do u recomed???

That is not giving much information. Where are the legs? Go read all the stickies in the bodybuilding and diet sections.

I hope those include these, Squats Deadlifts Presses. No smithsmachines. 3 sets of 10 reps is okay. try 8 set of 3reps and 5 sets of 5reps while doing the big three.
