Here is a screenshot of my foods eaten by the end of today. It is about an average day overall. My goal is to get more muscle, but I am also very afraid of having much fat. I want my muscles to look large and defined. My main goal is looking better. I am 19 and weigh just 150 pounds. I have been small all my life and I want to change this. I lifted in high school during football with pretty minimal gains. It is around 16-18% last time I got it checked.

From the sounds of things you are trying to bulk. You need to eat more, the more you eat, the more mass you can gain. Just don't over eat. I do 3300 cals a day during a bulk. More protein!

How much do you weigh? At 150 pounds, 2700 some calories seems a lot for me. I've probably averaged 1500 in the past year or so. It's getting very difficult to stuff my face, usually I get the feeling I am "just not hungry" and it feels like im eating a bag of cotton balls.

I weigh (weighed) 150 and I bulked (am bulking) on 3,700 calories.
