I just got back from the gymn and chugged a 18oz Opticen+Milk shake. I met a guy there who a year and a half ago weighed 150...my weight. Now he weighs 205 and his lifts are monstrous. I talked to him to get some motivation. Today was one of the first days back in the gym after a 3-months hiatus. I mainly just worked on form for my squats and power cleans. It felt amazing. I wasn't lifting a tremendous amount by any means, but my form was great and I just feel like next time, I will be able to add 5's or 10s. I feel like my body moved in ways it never has.

I don't really have a question, but right now I'm not 100% self-motivated, so I'm sharing my stories and hopefully I'll get some encouragement.
