View Full Version : Anthony Clark
Not sure how many of you remember this guy. I saw some youtube vids of him doing 780 I think, in a old single ply. An altime great if you haven't seen him it's worth checking.

An alltime great? Sounds like it... when was he in the game? I don't remember hearing about him when I started up a year ago.
It was a few years ago, maybe 3-5......cant remember exactly.
I think he was the first to break 800

its rediculous how much he benched with a single ply and reverse grip, then again he was a monster must of weighted 400 lbs.

AC was one of the greatest ever IMO. When I first started lifting in the late 80's he was the man! It's really to bad he is gone.
Here is an article on him

Let's not forget that he also squatted 1031, and a close miss with 1100. Just awesome strength.
