Hi guys.
Just wanted to get you guys' take on this.
I have about 200mg of caffeine per day from various sources.
People are saying that it can lead to a insulin resistance and therefore makes it harder to build mass.
Has anyone here managed to bulk successfully on a high caffeine intake?
Do you feel that caffeine does limit your gains?
Thanks.
I need a mocha with every meal to even function properly when im working and i seem to be getting stronger

200mg a day is nothing. I wouldn't worry about it. I take 800-1200mg a day and have no problems unless I take it too late in the day.

Damn, man. You take over a gram of caffeine a day? I'm wired off of 200mg's.

If I take it too late I don't. I believe a serving of nitor is 600mg or so. If I take it after 1-2 then I'm up till atleast midnight. When I was using an EC stack I would take 200mg caff with 25mg ephedra 3x a day + diet sodas, coffee, etc.
