Ingredients: Roasted Peanut (95%), Brown Cane Sugar, Palm oil, Sea Salt

I know Palm Oil is high in saturated fats but i wonder how bad it can be if 95% of this is just pure peanuts?

I go all natural PB nothing but peanuts and salt in it

3rd August = 3300 calories, 180 gram protein, 400 gram carbs (Ate a lot of carbs in the evening but replenished with protein shake + lean chicken sandwich NO SPREAD)

4th August = 4800 calories, 180 gram of protein, 432 gram carbs, 270 grams of fat

5th August = 4500 calories, 205 gram Protein, 362 gram carbs, 187 gram fat

6th august = 3083 calories, 181 gram Protein, 358 gram carbs, 105 gram fat

7th August = 3400 calories, 174 gram Protein, 350 gram carbs, 110 gram fat

8th August = 3556 calories, 226 gram Protein Fat 272, gram carbs, 176 gram Fat

Thats since i been recording my diet on fitday. Hows it looking for someone 6'2 176 lbs?
