Has anyone tried either of these? This guy at a nutrition place in Charlotte was telling me they're great, but from the research I've done I'm pretty sure it's an oral steroid, and for someone as small as I am (150lbs/6'0) it doesn't seem like a good idea.
Any experience?

Your initial reaction is a good one. I would not use this product.

never heard of it, but usually if it actually is a real prohormone and does work, it will be pulled off the market. The current 'real' prohormones available changes so frequently it's not even funny. Also, fyi, if it is a real one you'll need to treat it as a proper cycle (I'm not recommending you to do one thing or another, that's up to you), meaning liver protection if necessary, post cycle therapy, etc etc.

Yeah, everywhere I've read definitely says a lot about liver support and pct.

And they're likely right. If this is indeed an effective, oral prohormone, it will likely (certainly?) be hard on your liver, so milk thistle throughout (lots of water, no alcohol/liver toxic drugs) is a good idea. PCT is absolutely necessary if they are the real deal and you are hampering natural test production.
These aren't to be messed with, I'd treat a ph cycle with more caution than a regular steroid cycle (I've done both, that's not just my guess on the subject. I took my research and ran my cycle way tighter on the ph I used (which is now banned) than on real test cycles.
