Hi

so I cant seem to get my stomach to look any leaner, my arms and legs look very lean, as well as my chest, but the abs still have a layer over them. I know this layer is very persistent because a few years ago when I dropped my weight to 152, I still had the pudge and little love handles, even though most people said I looked anorexic. The BF% scale at the gym said I was 6%, if I remember correctly.

so fast forward a few years, after getting back to a healthy weight, and for the past 6+ months I have been weight training, my muscle mass is the largest it has ever been, but I still look pudgy, and I have been on a cut for weeks, so I'm looking for some bottled help.

I'm in love with At Large Supplements so what thinking of using Nitor ot Thermocin

but my friend just linked me this.

it looks pretty awesome, I tried to search but there was no previous threads.

Anyone have any advice, recommendations, in the fat burner supplement regime?
(any advice is welcomed, including, fat burners are all BS, just eat less and work out more)

Honestly I do not think you need this type of assistance unless you are currently at a low bf. I do not know your stats, so assuming that you have dieted down to a reasonable bf percentage, you cant go wrong with ephedrine/caffeine/asperine (ECA), thermocin or even Nitor.

Nitor looks like a better supplement. They share many ingredients.

you were @ 6%bf and couldn't see defined abs? Or were they just not as defined as you wanted? Everyone holds fat in diffent spots, I had a friend who got his bodyfat damn low and you could barely see his abs. His arms, neck, face, legs, etc all looked way less bf% than me, although I had deep abs and his you could *barely* see. I dunno, he must've just held fat in a different way than me.

About that product, I wouldn't buy it or use it. I'm not even gonna read the ingredients, because I already know what company produces it, and they sell tribulus. And in my opinion, any company that sells tribulus is not a reputable company, so I pretty much universally shun them :)

well your last sentance was right. There is no magic pill. What is your diet like?

6% bf and no abs....thats hard to believe

I know, it sucked. I lost motivation to go to gym after that, over next few years put on the weight I'm trying to burn off now.

I wish I had been a member here, I would have been able to start a great clean bulk.

but for now I'm just losing the fat

so here are my stats is that helps
the scale said today 168lb and 20.8% BF (I'm 5-11)
and a photo

at my current cut, I've been loosing 1-2lb a week, but I feel like, I just look fatter, where my workout partner is getting defined abs, hence my motivation for fat burner supplement

maybe it's just me, but you do NOT look like like you're 20.8% bf in that picture...I'd guess more around 15-16% if that

Agreed. I think he looks pretty good. Time for a short bulk.
