not a fan of cardio stack. As far as weight loss ripped fuel extreme is always good, it's been around forever.

Okay, since no one has chimed in yet I'll try my best to help you save money, time and energy.

Step #1
Make sure your diet is in check. Are you regularly eating healthy foods that have good carbs and fats in them?

Step #2
Do you track your calories and watch what you eat?

Step #3
If you have steps one and two already started, then you can go down to your local convenient store/grocery store and purchase a bottle of regular caffeine pills.

Step #4
If you've never drank coffee and/or taken caffeine pills you can start by taking either 100mg's or 200mg's of caffeine. Keeping the dose this high for one to two weeks. If this is working, keep the dose the same and don't add any additional amount.

Step #5
If the caffeine is still not working, you can gradually up the dose by 100mg's per week. So this doesn't sound confusing, that means you can take 300 mg's for one week and if that's enough, take up to 400mg's.

Caffeine is a very safe alternative to these other "fat-burners" and cardio stacks. Many of the stacks that are for sale increase blood pressure dramatically by means of making the blood vessels contract so that the heart has to work harder. Good luck in all your future goals and stay safe.
