why would you want to waste your money on a "pump enhancer"?

Aside from acquiring a useless pump, what are your goals?

190 grams of protein per day won't do anything for you if you aren't consuming the right quantity of calories per day.
190 might be overkill. Some people go by lean mass, meaning you subtract your bodyfat and use that number. If you are at 10% bodyfat that would be 171.

The only way to get bigger is to eat more calories then you burn. Eating a high protein diet ensures that your body has the proper fuel to build muscle and lean mass. You could work out, eat extra calories but if you don't have enough protein your body can't make new muscle out of carbs or fat. All 3 macros have an role in your body. Read up on diet. There is tons of articles on this site that will explain everything.

Agree with posters above re the pointless pump enhancers. Also, just fyi in case you didn't know, thermoburst is a diet pill, so that's going to make you need more calories just to overcome what the pill makes you lose.
And as holto said, it's not just the protein - protein does need to be at the proper level, but so does your total calorie intake. As others said, you need to have a calorie surplus for your body to gain weight (just like you need a deficit to lose weight). You could take 250g protein daily and still never gain any muscle, if you weren't hitting your calorie needs.
