Good way to get solid food and natural sugars pwo! No need to drink it when you can eat it as a pancake!

1 Scoop Powder (chcolate nitrean is preferable, vanilla great too)
1 Banana (or to desired nutritional amount)
1 Egg white (1/4th cup egg white from carton)
.5 teaspoon baking powder (eyeball it)
Small amount water

-In a bowl, add protein powder, egg white, and baking powder, and water. Batter should be relatively thick consistency.
-Mash banana, add to bowl
-Make sure everythings mixed together well (use whisk, fork)
-Get a small nonstick pan, and add nonstick spray.
-Pour ingredients into pan.
-After about a minute, flip to other side for about thirty seconds.

Voila! Nutritional info is according to the protein powder used, egg white, and size of banana. With Nitrean its about 30g protein, 30g carbs from banana.

Oh, add crushed walnuts, pb, or chocolate chips for added yumminess. I personally enjoy mine with Walden Farms 0 Calorie Chocolate or Maple Syrup.

gonna make a couple tommorow morning. I'll be mixing it with banana's N Cream protein as well hopefully that will enhance the flavor even more.

Anything with Banana in it tastes like Banana. No matter what its mixed with. I used to put Banana in my Maximus weight gain power to neutralize the nasty taste.
