deadlift

170kg= 375lbs
180kg= 400lbs
190kg= 420lbs
200kg= 440lbs..........miss....didnt budge


bench

105kg= 230lbs
110kg= 242lbs lowered it far too fast, wasnt going up anyway. miss

Dead; Drop your hips before you pull and sit right back to drag the bar along your body.

Bench; Tuck your elbows harder, press back over your face and try to touch it a little lower. Get a lift off, or drag the bar over the j-hooks. you can see how your have to reset after your unrack it.

Yeah man i usually do get a liftoff on the bench when I train in my regular gym, I get a lift off when its not even that heavy. But that guys gym setup didnt allow for one, I will try tucking the elbow though thanks.

For deadlift, I will definitley dropmy hips lower, I never noticed how high i kept them until I saw the vid. Do high hips = bad form??

The lower your hips the better leverage your gonna get on the bar. Nice lifting brohan. Your strength has really shot up.

looks good, try and get ur hips lower like others have said, and don't look down when u pull!
