This is the last day the special will run. All the EFS training manuals are a dollar.

Yesterday, I ordered:

3 sandbags (small, medium, and large)
2 boxes of Defranco energy bars (which are awesome)
Starting Strength and Practical Programming
3 manuals.

Mr. Tate is a freaking genius. I went looking to see which manuals I didn't have, and ended up spending over $300.

I did need some sandbags, but I was going to order them from Ironmind. Until yesterday.

Only thing I didn't like about the Defranco bars, is that they were damn hard to chew up. Sounds like an awesome order btw. Today I picked up:

The New Squat and DL DVD that "Jackass" put out.
