What would be considered low carb for someone 175lbs?

Right now I'm doing 275 on work out days, and 175 on off days. Would this be considered low/moderate carbs?

generally less than 100 grams is moderate-low
less than 50 = low

When I was on Atkins I went as low as 20 grams of carb a day. Talk about fast dropping of weight. WHEW!

I agree with Doc

also, Lyle McDonald says for basic body function you only need 50g of carbohydrates for the day

so the lowest I would go at any given time would be 50

when i was cutting, I took in less than 100g on rest days and between 150-180g on lift days.

Gee that makes my 200g of carbs a day look like I'm eating Oreos.

I've done less than 20g a day without a refeed for a week.
