Just thought I'd share this with anyone of you guys that cared to look at the thread. I felt the urge to take a back picture tonight, weighed in at 192 this morning. Anyway, I'll post up a progression of improvement from january when I joined to now. Just thought I'd mention my diet really sucked from about April onwards..these pictures and some members on this and a different board have kind of motivated me to get back on track.

January at 175-ish:

I think you just wanted to show off your new tattoo!:D
It is hard to tell the difference. Your back still looks good though. Are you bulking or cutting right now?

You caught me

Since april my diet's kind of sucked, and I'm really posting this as kind of motivation, since I've made good progress on my lifts, and put some decent thickness on my shoulders & lats. I was planning on staying at maintanence, but I think I'm going to really get my diet in order and cut down to about 13-14%. I figure I'm at about 18-20 now, so it should take about 2-3 months.

Thanks those who saw improvement, I agree, particularly in my shoulders. And for those who didn't see much, well you're right there isn't a lot, unfortunately, but thank you for the encouragement.

Just hang in there man and do not get let down by not seeing progress--just use it as motovation to push your body that much farther.

I thought as I kept scrolling, you'd eventually be covered in tattoos. Back is starting to thicken a bit.

What exactly are those tats of?

I'm done with tattoos now for a little while. They cost too much money, and I make too little of it at the moment. The one on my arm is a Navajo deity named Talking God and his face is put into the circle part of my rendition of a Zia Sun (symbol on the NM state flag, which is where I was born).

The one on my back is a Longhorn skull with navajo style stuff around it. I got it from the cover of a Tony Hillerman book, whose books I love and they take place in NM, and the artist does some really nice traditional Navajo artwork. When/if I get more tattooes, they'll also be southwestern style artwork, not necessarily Navajo, but likely Navajo, Hopi, Zuni, or Ute style artwork. I miss living in the southwest :(
