2 protein shakes a day+2 helpings of milk=72 grams of protein=424 Calories.
Can of tuna+mayo==39 grams of protein=475 calories
2 egg omelettes= 34 grams of protein=480 calories
Can of tuna+mayo=39 grams of protein=475 calories

184 Grams of Protein.
1850 Calories.

i need something helathy to add i guess tahts hihg on calories.

am i not getting enough calories?


My body weight is 190 BF is about 20%.

I go to the gym 6 times a week.

what exactly are you trying to accomplish with this 'diet'? You will more than likely lose some weight, along with muscle. If your trying to 'cut' then aim for 500 cals below maintenance, keep the protein high at ~1.5 g/lb and fats at ~.5g/lb. As far as carbs, just have whatever fits into your calorie range for the day. You should eat vegetables as well as trying to get 25 g of fiber. Remember to lift heavy and rest plenty. 6 days a week in the gym is overkill.
