Hydroxcyut + muscle milk..

I was told to take muscle milk with ripped methyl by my friend. I went to the store to purchase ripped because i already have muscle milk and they talked me into buying hydroxycut hardcore. I'd like to know if its okay to combine hydroxycut hardcore with muscle milk... The sales person said its okay but maybe they just saying it cause they want me to buy it..

Muscle milk is just food. Hydroxy cut is basically just expensive caffeine pills. You should be fine.

In my mind they are somewhat mutually exclusive in the sense that Muscle Milk is certainly not good for weight loss. It would be good PWO, but that is about it if you are trying to lose body fat.

what exactly is your concern?

I know nothing about this combination, but based on the ingredients, i wouldn't foresee a problem. If anything, you're probably wasting your money on muscle milk b/c it has carbs/fats in it. hydroxycut has an ingredient that supposedly prevents carb processing, plus caffeine/ephedra to increase metabolism (carb usage). Maybe you should get just protein powder (like isopure?).

Next time you go there ask them what the current commission is on hydroxycut hardcore and watch how pink they turn. Muscletech pays good commission to keep its products moving :)

well my goal is to get cut up, and of course gain strength along the workouts, and the sale's person told me to get muscle milk. About half a year later I went back to the store to pick up the ripped methyl, they mentioned hydroxycut. It seems that your saying hydroxycut and musclemilk are opposites. I believe u guys when u say there is no problem, but now i'd like to know if it's beneficial for my goal, to gain shape & strength.

Muscle milk also is a contest item at GNC. Sometimes they have contests / quotas on certain products, sometimes flat commission based on specific products. You were pushed into those products not because of what you needed, but because of the salesman's goals/greed.
