Is canned whipped cream bad for you? I've always eaten it and it I just started wondering if it is bad for you. I know Cool Whip has hydrogenated oils in it, but does Reddi Whip Whipped Cream have any hidden bad ingredients in it? Theres like 15 cals in 2 TBSP and less than 1g of Carbs. This stuff tastes too good to not have some hidden ingredient.

Its mostly air... thats why its so light on the cals.

Dude just dont inhale it str8 out of can.A little here and there wont kill ya.
