I been following this for two weeks with WBB 1.1:


BTW I weigh 184 lbs (surprised, i was 176 when i started !!)

My daily intakes have differed everyday this is what the stats are like:

Pretty much 2200-2600 calories, 150 gram of protein, 300-gram carbs

3rd August = 3300 calories, 180 gram protein, 400 gram carbs (Ate a lot of carbs in the evening but replenished with protein shake + lean chicken sandwich NO SPREAD)

4th August = 4800 calories, 180 gram of protein, 432 gram carbs, 270 grams of fat

5th August = 4500 calories, 205 gram Protein, 362 gram carbs, 187 gram fat

6th august = 3083 calories, 181 gram Protein, 358 gram carbs, 105 gram fat

7th August = 3400 calories, 174 gram Protein, 350 gram carbs, 110 gram fat

8th August = 3556 calories, 226 gram Protein, 172 gram carbs, 176 gram Fat

9th August = 3328 calories, 186 gram Protein, 308 gram Carbs, 150 gram fat

10th August = 4074 calories, 221 gram Protein, 400 gram carbs, 182 gram fat

11th August = 3823 calories, 231 gram Protein, 319 gram Carbs, 183 gram fat

12th August = 4029 calories, 259 gram Protein, 372 gram Carbs, 172 gram fat

13th August= 3036 calories, 175 gram Protein, 272 gram carbs, 143 gram fat

14th August = 3924 calories, 225 gram Protein, 335 gram Carbs, 191 gram Fat

15th August = 3411 calories, 226 gram Protein, 264 gram Carbs, 165 gram Fat

What exactly is it you want to know about it?

Are you gaining well? Are you gaining too much fat?

The answers to both questions will address your concerns.

I dunno, doesnt seem like im gaining too much fat, but i definitely went up 4 kilograms on the scales :o Cant be pure muscle though can it?

Nope. If you're gaining too fast, you'll gain too much fat to be sure. Drop your calories back a little if you're concerned.
