Hey fellas I am 5"9, 193 pounds with a 34" waist and right now I am on a good diet and do 20 mins of cardio after each workout, 3 days a week. I have a nice body but the exception is my waist :( I am wondering what is a good supplement that can speed up my fat loss but keep as much muslce as possible. Thanks.

bulk. then your huge muscles will make your 34" waist look really small.

OK I stopped drinking sweet stuff like coke, juices etc. I eat about 3-4 times a day, which usually includes a big breakfast, big lunch, medium dinner, and fruits late at night. I drink 3-4 litres of green tea a day as well. Morning I usually have 3-4 eggs fried(not deep) with 2 pitas, lunch is usually rice+meat or meat+pita, and dinner is usually 500grams of cottage cheese or chicken or fish. I am trying to cut down my caloric intake to get rid of the waiste. Yes I lift weight 3 days a week, and do cardio 20 after each workout. What do you guys think, get BIG so that my 34" waist looks small or burn the waist then bulk after I am satisfied? People say I have a nice body but the waist just destroys my physique :(

Give us the amount of calories/protein/carbs/fat you are intaking. Use the search and look for HIIT. The question is: Do YOU want to get big or not?

It is hard to calculate the calories I consume. How do I know how much calories there is in chicken cooked in the oven with vegetables for example? I want to get big but before that the BELLY has to go. And yes I do HIIT on 2 days, but not on the 3rd day since I do legs.

Calculating calories is not hard at all, just quit being lazy. Go to fitday.com If you are serious about it then you will begin counting, because it makes the change much easier. What is your exact woukout split, how much weight you can move, your bodyfat level, and your calories/protein/carbs/fat intake. We need this information to help you to the best of our abilities and be abe to give you a fuller anwser rather than an anwser that is taken out of context.

Read the labels, add them up. Weigh the chicken to get values to use. Simple as that.
