The way your shoulders come into your traps look exactly like mine do, even your arms are a similar shape. Your V is just way more impressive then mine is for the time being.

Just posted this one and the camera ran out of power. I don't wanna hear any cracks about the body hair.....and I had to block out my face, not because I am shy, but I had the strangest look on my face....
Next up will be legs.
I think after September I will drop 20# just to see if I can develop some definition.

Thanks everyone for the positive feedback.
just started to use wrist straps for Bent Over Rows. 1st workout using them I had 325# x 5 at the end of the workout. I think I will hit 350# for 5 on the next.
Same workout, Lat Pull downs, 4x8 @250#
Same Workout Face Pulls, 4x8@215#
2nd back workout (later in the week)
Pull ups, BW+25# 2sets of 6. then BW Pullups with 3sets of 8. Always end with face pulls, 215# 4x8
I have a bench only meet in Sept (a local meet) after the meet I will start incorporating deads back into the routine.
