Thi is what squatting deep 5 times a week does to ya folks. I havent hd these kinds of gains since I frist lifted a weight.

Earl January 2007 25"

August 2007 (4 months of Oly lifting) a beefy 28.5" much more thickness all over the leg especially in the lower part.

I ****ing hate you guys with small joints! Quads definately looking sick, don't forget to develop some killer shoulders ;)

And theres me thinkin squattin 3 times a week was counterproductive...back to the rack for me! Do you hae a light day in the middle for recovery or 3 pure heavy days Fuz?

Thanks all, Im really proud of them, finding pants is a bitch ad I love it!!

Always progress Kong, no 'light day' each session is heavier then the last.

Only when coach says 'go nuts' do I really go hard max, but usuaully Ill work up to a heavy triple or single.

Its all about conditioning. Ideally Ill be training 5-9 times a week. I started on 3, went to 4, on 5 a week now.

Traps are coming along to, as are delts, pity my arms are so small!

I find that kind of disproportion very cool. I just want huge legs, Im talking 35+

Its funny, I tohught my legs were big in the first pic, but then comparing to the third its like Ive just added slabs of rock to the side/

Big legs fuzzy. The front squatting probably helps a ton with adding on mass.

LiftingKid. You bet! Becuase my quads were wo weak compared to my hams Ivebeen doing so much front squatting. Once the strenght balances Ill get an even spread of fronts and backs.

But def the best quad builder ever.

Where do you measure the thigh? At the thickest point or a certain distance up from the knee?

There isnt much differnet between higher up and lower.

The sweep I added and the extra size on my tear trop made my legs look alot thicker as a whole

You're a friggin beast!! Keep it up bro. I'd like to see how the frequent sessions treat you. I think that the OL really know their shiat and a lot of them get sick physiques to go along with the explosive strength.
